Which attachments are worth its points and which are a wast?
Most people run them bare, because at heart they're just a rubbish tin box and are cheep for a reason. Piling on the upgrades can double the price easily.
That said, I've seen extra armour come in useful, I've seen the dozer blades save an immobilsed result and I've seen the extra storm bolter save an objective at the end of a close game; so they can all come in handy one day!
I said extra armor because it helps keep your rhinos moving forwards which is their only use in life
Given the cost of the upgrades compared to the cost of the rhino itself, I really don't see any of the upgrades as being worth it in 5th ed.
I voted none because I think they look better bare as well. I'd rather spend the extra points on another marine somewhere, but if I HAD to have an upgrade, it would be the HK missile.
Jager bombs. Very efficient at wiping out friend or foe.
When I have a few spare points I add hunter-killers missiles to my rhinos.

I picked dozer blade, because difficult terrain kind of sucks...but yeah, other than that, run 'em bare.
How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
I put bare because I don't any of the other choices...Dozer blades always seem worthless because I am never going slow enough to use them, the HK missile never works for me (anything with just one shot is always a miss), and extra armor isn't worth the extra points. The stormbolter might be worth it at half the price, but a lot of times you are paying for something that isn't going to shoot (move 12" then get destroyed or shaken).
The HK missile is almost as good as having a Razorback, seeing as how Rhinos can't take much abuse and are mostly busy running around at full speed. Back when I had Chaos Marines, paired storm bolters were also effective.
