First up, I hate the Grey Knights. Personal opinion only folks, don't question it. In fighting my first Grey Knights player a simple question came up concerning the Deathcult Assassins statline. They have a pair of Power Swords and unlike other Assassins, they have two attacks stat. Here's the thing, can the Deathcults assume a +1 attack for paired weapons or is the extra attack reflected in the attack profile? Usually in a well written codex, such a thing is clarified by saying "extra attack already in stat profile" or something like that. But since it is not, it seems these 15 point monstrosities get 3 attacks (2 stat & 1 for Paired Weapons) and 4 attacks on the charge. Any ideas? With that many attacks with power swords for that cheap, this is probably a diamond in the ruff as far as your blasted codex is concerned.
Base two attacks +1 for two close combat weapons. Thats 4 attacks on the charge.
40 WS5 S4 I6 Power Weapon attacks on the charge for 15 points per model.
Put them in a stormraven and they will work wonders for you.
However, they have T3 and just a 5++ save. That means that 10 Space Marines with 1 flamer shooting rapid fire will kill about 7 models (assuming the flamer hits 4). Thus, Death Cult Assassins wipe out a single squad on the charge (whatever this is, tactical marines, terminators, hormagaunts etc.) and then they are very likely to die from a simple shooting. However, if you consolidate into cover or sth like that, you may manage to save 5 or 6 models, and then wipe out another squad. To me, they are not a unit that you can rely on, though they can deal serious damage if your opponent underestimates them or if you are a bit lucky.

Yep, as a Daemons player I feel cheated. For a point less, you get almost everything a Bloodletter gets with minor variations in stats (one less toughness for 2 more initiative) and the extra attack doesn't hurt either. Betcha that the extra attack is eliminated when the first errata comes out though.
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

Bloodletters also have Furious Charge and +2 Ld over the death Cult Assassins

The worst enemy of the Deathcult spam is... Difficult terrain. They have no grenades.
