I'm looking for advice for playing a three player free for all. What list would you bring and what tactics would you use?
In three way battles, you ideally let your opponents kill each other. I some how doubt they'd like that though, so I'd go with an all (or mostly) deep strike list and try to deep strike behind one enemy so that he gets sandwhiched between you and the third player. This has the added advantage of removing you from their sights for at least one turn so that they'll probably focus on each other.
But if you do that, make sure you KEEP YOUR ARMY TOGETHER. Do *not* try and attack both of your opponents at once. As an elite army, you don't have the numbers to attack both. By sandwhiching one of them, you get to use most of your army against one of their units (whichever one is on the flank/rear). If one of them holes up in a corner, go after the one that doesn't. If both hole up, do the same. Find some cover. Maybe go to ground until they're within range.
