You know how near enough every space marine character has their own set of combat/chapter tactics like pedro makes his army stubborn and shrike gives his army fleet? Well in apocalypse would this rule of only using one chapter tactics per army be overlooked because its apoclypse or not because the codex over rules everything, because it would be cool to combine some of the abilities that the special characters give us, i want to hear your opinions on this.
The rule seems pretty clear - no. I'm not sure how you'd figure that you'd be able to cheese in stubborn, fleet, and whatever other chapter tactic you happen to like into there.
I guess you could say it is cheese but I was just wondering, as a lot of things get over ruled in apoclaypse like 0-1 units
Force charts get overruled - unit special rules don't.
