Like the Title says, how do you set up yours? Sloggers? or FLyers? Droppers? Decked out to the 9 or plain and simple.
Honestly? I wouldn't take them at all. One paper their one of the best units in the game, but in practice they're incredibly easy to bait around with an empty rhino or chimaera, courtesy of the Rage USR. Since you can't even get them under control by attaching a Chaplain to the squad any more, there really just isn't any point.
Ten in a Drop Pod, bolters, no other equipment, and flung as close to the enemy's home objective (or a large unit of weak infantry) as I can manage. The enemy can't ignore them and can't bait them away when they've already arrived on his doorstep, which helps my other Pods deploy safely. One of the DC Dreads they unlock is kept in reserves, to be used as a midgame counter-charger for my home objective. The ability to place him anywhere along the table edge, combined with fleet, means he can usually get into CC before the enemy can shoot him up.

If I do a BA army I'm tempted by jump packs and bolt guns.
Just something I've had in my since the new kit.
6 guys with jumppacks, one powerfist/thunderhammer and Lemartes. Deepstriking into some suitable spot with (hopefully) some cover between them and the enemy. Rest of the army consists mostly of jump infantry which should, hopefully, be far enough upfield by turn two to provide distraction. Then try catching a non-Instant Death wound onto Lemartes to turn him into a monster. Good times.
5-man squad with a Reclusiarch, in a Stormraven, 2 power weapons and a thunder hammer. They are my hammer blow unit, reliably killing whatever I throw them at the moment they leave the Stormraven. Depending on the opponent sometimes I choose to run them with jump packs outside of the Stormraven, and just DS them in.
6 man squad with jump packs and everyone is sporting a power sword. normally i deep struck them next to a unit i wanted them to assault. most of the time they got shot to hell or assaulted a land raider, but when they worked right they absolutely wrecked units.
