    Apoc formations from WD 384

Two newSoB formations, both are practically free beyond the unit costs.

    Repentant Host -
Canoness, 3+ Repentia units, 3+ Penitent Engine units
Units within 12" of the canoness ignore rage and gain the benefits of her faith power (one test for all units)
All units get +1 to FnP rolls and +1 to shield of faith

-no downside beyond taking repentia and penitent engines. Could be a decent anti-armour flank march.

    Purge Squadron
3-5 retributor squads with 4 identical heavy weapons and a matching immolator
If at least three full units and their transports, including a designated command vehicle, give up their shooting for the turn they can draw an 18" long line between two markers in range (12" for heavy flamer squads) and inflict a number of automatic hits to anything touched. D6 for meltas, 3D6 for heavy bolters, and 6D6 for heavy flamers.
There is also a composite shot for 1 of each, S6, Ap3, 4D6 melta hits. No advantage to firing with more than 3 units.
The unit can use divine guidance, but you have to spend all the faith before you roll for any of them.

-stationary, short ranged, easily destroyed (just shaking an immolator disables the whole formation). Costs a minimum of 600 points to get the composite shot. Doesn't have the lingering effect of the BA formation it was ripped from.
Too expensive, fragile, and clumsy really. Would have been better if it was infantry only.

There is nothing granting extra faith - sisters are still running around with a single D6 in apoc.

So they had to release an apoc formation in order to make PE even thinkable? Funny... because there are so many things in Apoc that laugh at PEs anyway that removing their rage is laughable in it's own right. Then again, if you're playing 4000 points of Sisters, a d6 isn't going to go very far, so you might as well take things that don't use it.

Amusingly if you take the (only) sisters of battle strategic asset - holy war - then your entire army will have rage except for penitent engines and repentia ...
