Me and my friend are going to an escalation league tomorrow and we expect to be fighting against mostly necrons and various chaos opponents(2 on 2 matches)
here are our 1000pt lists
my friends list is
2x6 Grey Knights
1 Inq Lord w/2 Sages, PlasCannon Servitor & HB Servitor
Dreadnought w/TL LasCannon and Missile Launcher
my list is
1 cannoness with boltpistol and power weapon
3x15 sisters(w/3x2 meltas)
3x10 sisters(w/3x1 flamers & 3x1 heavy flamers)
Any advice would be appreciated and also point out any fatal flaws you notice with our setup... His general strategy is quality, especially in the CC area, and mine is pure number of bolters on the table with a few heavy weapons to deal with vehicles.

Flame templates tickle 3+ T4 units. Replace those flamers with meltaguns, if possible, and give the Canoness a jumppack and perhaps an eviscerator to beat the T4. Also give her the cloak of saint aspira and make her save invunerable in CC and give her the +2 Strength if you use her to assault any vehicles the enemy might have.
Diversify your list. Off 2 or 3 of those very generic squads and get either a dominion, a seraphim unit, a retributor unit or an exorcist to mix it up, (against T4 and 3+ armor saves, seraphim aren't all that great at CC, but dominions with 4 meltaguns in an immolator can do some damage.)
Let your friend take care of the close-combat and closeness issues. One way to do this is to take storm-bolters instead of meltaguns and just stay back for the most part to give support fire. The exorcist is particularly useful with this tactic, laying down 1-6 S8 AP1 shots from 48". Retributor squads can take 4 heavy bolters to lay down 12 S5 shots at BS4, but 4 multi-meltas might prove more effective against all that power armor and possibly vehicles.
Ways to get your points back would be reducing the squad sizes to 12 for the meltagun squads and, as I said, not simply using 6 troop choices of a single type.

Looks fine to me. The way to beet necrons is with lots of sisters. Your deamon Hunter friend looks like hes prepared to take on chaos. Just make sure you can get deployed properly so that sisters are facing of necrons more than chaos, and deamon hunters are facing chaos more than necrons. Thats a winning strategy there.
Check the codex, but I believe the troop squads can only have a Hvy flamer if it doesn't include a flamer or melta. I could be wrong, but I thought I read it last night.
2 special weapons can be taken by the squad, however if only 1 is taken than 1 sister can have a heavy flamer.
