Drop-pod Dread worth it for Dark Angels?

I tried this once before with 1 Dread in a deathwing army droppoding in, but it was a low point game. I was wondering if you guys would think it would actually be worth putting the points in as a drop pod dread, or just leave him as a ML/TWLC dead. Having one or two drop podding dreads will be a major fire magnets, which will in return make my terminators deep striking in take less shots. But unlike all the other marines, Dark Angels drop pods don't have Drop pod assault, so half rounded up will not come in first turn. But will it still be worth it even tho they are mostly coming in after the terminators deep strike? Or should I just stick with them as a long range fire support?

I wouldn't. There isn't much a Pod Dread can do that Terminators can't.

Ok thanks for the reply. Yea I just was thinking that they would help draw fire away from my termies. But as you guys are saying its probably best just to have him as a fire support.
