A lot of the folks on this board are familiar with me, my army, and my blog. So I just thought I'd do a quick post to say I'm selling my nicely painted Tallarns. The link to the auction is at the bottom of this blog post:
The Back 40K: So... Who Wants To Buy A Nicely Painted Army?
Calling it "nice" is such an understatement. I've ripped off so many ideas from your army, it's gorgeous. Good luck with the sale, I'm sure the investment of time and energy far outstrips what you get for it but it should attract a good deal of interest. Hopefully someone with deep pockets takes a shine to it!

I would love to buy this kit, it looks amazing but 2 issues
1. I play a form of traitor guard, cadian conversions, cause i got bored of all the emporer fanboys and had enough of matt wards marines pushing me around as flak so i can now teach them a lesson
2. I'm shelving my guard atm, they have enough, to build on my dark angels, yeah i know what i said about being bullied by SM but hey, DA have my favourite model, sammael, and my favourite colour is green
Its a gorgeous army, and one I would love to give a good home to. BUT as much as I'd be willing to pay for this wonderful item and I believe it was worth every penny before the price drop since I live in the UK I would probably have to pay some rediculous customs tax.
I'll give you an example. I spent $200 on an item and after I had paid for it and postage on top of that I then had to go and pay £70 (That's £ not $ Making it slightly higher on the $ scale) just to get it through customs. I could probably afford to buy this amazing army, but I doubt I could afford it along with the customs tax.
after seeing you pictures, I am inspired to repaint mine.
