I am creating a army based on the White Scars and I am looking to make it around 1500-2000pts, so far I have bought 2 Tactical Squads, 2 Assault Squads, 6 Bikes, a Land Speeder (considering taking the Typhoon Missile Launchers), Attack Bike, Rhino, 10 scouts (4 with Sniper, 4 with Bolter, 1 with Heavy Bolter and one with Missile Launcher) and I shall be purchasing Kor'sarro Khan to lead the force. I may be converting a bike to make it the Khan's Moondrakken.So far the list looks similar to this:

Scout Squad 85 Points
Scout Squad 100 Points
Camo Cloaks and Missile Launcher
Assault Squad 190 Points

What else should I add to this list or should I remove something from this list, I was considering adding A Master of the Forge with a Conversion Beamer or a Jet Pack Chaplain to boost my Assault Squad. I was considering gearing the bolter scout squad up for close combat with a sergeant with a power sword and combi-melta and melta bombs. These guys would charge at the nearest tank after infiltrating (if possible) and take it out with the combi-melta and if not with that I would assault to finish it off, otherwise I would assault the nearest viable target. Also should I consider upgrading my sniper sergeant to a sergeant based off sergeant Telion so I get the abilities and can drop the camo cloaks.
I think my force might be lacking some firepower, I want to keep to the fluff so any Dreadnoughts I take I will have to convert to a "suit" of armor and I am not too sure about taking a tank but it is viable. I usually play against Imperial Guard, Tyranids, Dark Eldar or Blood Angels so I want to combat these armies as best as I can. A stormseer on a bike might also been an option to supplement my bike squad.
All thoughts would be appreciated,

white scars are kl, but if you take kor'sarro and a chaplain you cant have bikes as a troop which really is annoying, but with what you already have the out flanking will be useful, what I do with scouts is a 5 man squad in a landspeeder storm with shot guns and a power fist small fast anti tank unit. if you take a captain on a bike your bikes can be troops
Try to drop the assault squad and replace it with more bikes IMHO.

Don't bother with assault marines get more typhoons. I regularly use two squadrons of two. The volume of shots they can put down is awesome- each squad can move six inches and fire 4 Krak missiles and 6 heavy Bolter shots a turn. move 12 and fire 4 frag shots and 6 heavy Bolter shots or just fire 4 Krak missiles. They are so versatile. Try them and you'll find every game your opponent will do everything they can to take them out once they realise how devastating their firepower can be. 48inch range is a long way!

I will take these comments into account and change my list, once I have played a couple of games I will have to share how I have done!
