I am unfamiliar with that term, therefore I assume it is the name for the new style of Bolter carried by Sister Miriya on the cover of Hammer & Anvil. That's where I came across the reference on page 45.

'Godwyn' is the name for the most common boltgun pattern (the second most common being the crusade era umbras).
De'az is presumably the name of the world or individual who first discovered or incorporated the small non-astartes bolt rounds into the Godwyn chassis
