    What a lovely new model...

    Isabella Von Carstein, what a fantastic new model... but i don't play fantasy... i want that model and i want to use it... but what as?

    I have lots of ideas runnin through my head, should i make a dark eldar archon out of her? or an inquisitor? I'm thinking it would be best to convert an inquisitor/member of imperium... but what type?

    Valeria? Hereticus? Xenos? deathcult assassin? primaris psyker?

    and how would be best to convert it (e.g. what methods would be best to use and what bitz?)... i've not had much experience with fine cast so what can i expect? and what would i need to use? I've come to understand its quite weak so i'm assuming pinning will be the way forwards?

    The model is so boroque that it would work best, IMHO, as:

    * Inquisitor
    * Sister of Battle
    * Dark Eldar
    ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

    With the proper bits, Isabella could make a great Ordo Hereticus Inquisitor. Her arms are flung out wide, so it would be very easy to put wargear in her hands. Lets say you wanted to go with a nice, fluffy Hereticus, and you upgrade her with a Condemnor Boltgun and a Force Sword.

    I would cut the blade off of her sword, and replace it with a the blade from a Nemesis Force Falchion- the real NFS is massive on a normal human. Then, in the hand holding the goblet of blood, I'm sure you coult fit a Bolter in her hand- but the goblet hand is not in a clenched fist, so you would need to remove the entire hand. I'd use a Bolter from the Space Marine Scouts kit, those hands are normal-sized. Then just cut off the magazine and clip, and glue on a crossbow from the Empire Handgunners/Crossbowmen kit. Once you're done, throw some Purity Seals around and maybe add a backpack, and you're set! I have found Finecast models to be very easy to convert.

    Sorted i made an awesome xenos inquisitor using dark eldar arms, i put a falchion in place of an agoniser and stuck with the splinter pistol as a needle pistol, a few purity seals here and there and splunged a servo skull peering over her cape, shall try get an image up... (oh yeah and i slung a book under her pistol arm, you're never an inquisitor without your trusty book!)

    Edit: Here's sopme pics, sorry if quality is bad.

    As someone who has already built and painted one, I can tell you adding warhead would be no easy feat. Her hands and fingers are super small and very delicate. I would almost advise against doing the conversion unless you are prepared for the level of hard work that she would present to you. Great model though!

    Looks great! 0) One question, though- I can't tell from the pictures, but does the pistol arm mesh with the rest of the model (it looks kinda small)?
