So I have 4 Terminators, and a Terminator Librarian. I was wondering if I could use the terminators as some sort of honor guard to the librarian, or if I can make the librarian the squad sergeant or something like that. Point is - I'd really like to be able to use my terminators. Thanks in advance for your comments.

No, you'll need a fifth Terminator to complete the squad before it can be legal to field. It's a good combination, though, a Termie Librarian with a shooty Termie squad.

In friendly games you can use him as count as sergeant i guess, but not as both. If you consider the option for formal play i would purchase an AOBR terminator from e-bay,to complete the set of 5.They are quite cheap.

Or try playing your army using Codex: Space Wolves. IIRC, wolf guard terminators can be taken in units of less than 5 (although they won't be able to take a heavy weapon til they reach 5 strong). The librarian can double handily as a rune priest.
Of course, this depends what else you are fielding, as space-puppies will prevent you from (for example) taking heavy weapons in troop squads.
And you'd need access to a copy of C: SW too...
perhaps ebaying a single terminator is the best way to go after all
I have too many armies to list in my signature!
