One Grey Knight Paladin can be upgraded to The Warden for +25 points.
Grey Knights are the Emperor's finest creation, an army so pure of purpose as to be utterly beyond temptation. Each Knight unfaltering and incorruptible, and formost among those the Purifiers who's souls are deemed purer and worthy to guard the relics of the Daemon. Even purer still are the Paladins, who carry the names and trophys of their Daemonic foes proudly as they stride into battle.
But there are non purer than the Warden, formost amongst the Paladins, purer perhaps than the Grand Master himself. It is entrusted to the Warden to wield the knowledge of blood magick, that he might shield his fellows against taint and corruption with the blessed blood of the innocent.
UNIT TYPE: Infantry (character)
WARGEAR: Terminator Armour, Storm Bolter, Nemesis Force Sword, Frag Grenades, Krak Grenades, Psyk-out Grenades.
The Warden may take any additional equipment normally permitted by the Paladin unit entry.
SPECIAL RULES: The Aegis, And They Shall Know No Fear, Brotherhood of Psykers, Combat Squads, Preferred Enemy(Daemons)
The Emperor Wills It: The blood of innocents in a powerful shield against the Daemon, and it falls to the Warden to ensure such blood flows freely, lest the talismans and ointments that protect the Knights grow weak.
All Grey Knights in the Warden's unit have the Special Rule: Preferred Enemy(Sisters of Battle).
None Purer: The sacred oils and cants of the Warden repel the works of the Daemon wherever he treads.
The Warden and his unit possess the Dark Excommunication psychic power.
The Purpose That Guides Us, The Purpose That Defines Us: Membership of the Warden's guard is not granted through skill, valour or mental fortitude, but by a tally of grim deeds soaked in blood - for none may be permitted to stand before the wrath of Titan.
Should the Warden and his unit win a round of close combat they and any Grey Knight Independent Character joined to their unit gain the Furious Charge, Fleet, Fearless, and Rage Universal Special Rules for the remainder of the game.

I have to say very creative use of a taboo fluff subject.I quite like him.
But should he kills a unit the upgrades are quite vast.I would double his points.
Praise be to the Emperor!!
So why the Preferred Enemy to Sisters of Battle only? Is it for fluff reasons?
Regarding The Purpose That Guides Us, does that mean that if the IC leaves, he also has all those USR's listed? You might want to clarify.
Having Rage is just too big of a drawback. It's not as bad if it was something like a 200pt death company, but to have a 1000pt super-unit go chasing around 35pt rhinos is a game-breaker. I wouldn't even use him if he was a free upgrade.
Record: Win - Loss - Draw: Hive Fleet Pandora (New) 32-6-6 Space Wolf 7th Co. 52-11-6
Blood Angels 12-4-2 Daemonhunters 20-8-3
Imperial Guards 12-5-2 Daemons 8-3-2
In my mind, I don't see the Warden fitting into the Grey Knight theme of things. I would rather see additional psychic powers, or better psychic defense, or something along those lines.
