(Model being painted, as i type)
Celebrer is the captain of the Ceteri Frater, a splinter of the Son of Baalich chapter, tasked with hunting down and exterminating the chaos follower who murdered the first chapter master many hundreds of years ago. The Ceteri respond to any rumors and distress calls to do with chaos no matter the location or danger. Due to the close proximity they have to chaos many of the company marines often fall to the lure and damnation of chaos, causing the Ceteri to hide themselves from all, including the imperium out of fear of extermination. Because of this, the company often descends onto the surface mounted on bikes, quickly in and out before any other knows of their presence.
Space Marine Captain +1w
Frag and krak grenades
*Nerraka is a Space Marine bike with heavily modified engines on its back allowing a more vicious charge whilst on the battlefield. Celebrer and any squad he is joined to may assault 8" instead of the normal 6 in the assault phase.
And They Shall Know No Fear
**If your army includes Celebrer, Ceteri Frater Captain, Space Marine bike squads of at least five models may be taken as troop choices.
***Celebrer holds the honor of the Ceteri Frater higher than anything else due to the failure they suffer at the hand of chaos and will strive to redeem himself whenever his strength fails him. Whenever Celebrer suffers a wound in close combat he gains +1S
May be used in the short story contest later.
Note: I was going to have the 'Wounded Pride' be that he gains +1A for each wound suffered but figured that it was waaaay to OP, thoughts? and original fluff for Ceteri is here- http://www.librarium-online.com/foru...-sm-fluff.html (Ceteri Frater (SM fluff))

I fear the character's late for the contest. We're already organizing the voting. You can PM KyleT to see if he'll still accept this entry but expect a negative.
Otherwise, he seems fine but not much different from a counts-as Khan. So his company is tempted by Chaos? It'd be fluffy to substitute in a rule that makes reference to that. Maybe a Red Thirst-style rule, in which affected bikers gain +1 A but don't count as scoring. Something like that would bring out his special character-ness.

Ah, ok then. It's no biggie, only just saw the competition thread. Next time
