I'm thinking about converting Bjorn The Fell-Handed and was wondering what ranged weapon many of you prefer to use and why. I was leaning toward plasma canon for versatility and extra range (and ap2).
IMO it really depends on his main role your using him for - but as a general thing i like to use the Plasma Cannon for his BS 6, plus its a free trade so there is another plus - this way as im walking up the field im taking out any type of infantry/light vehicle i come across
Yeh it depends on your army but IMHO you are an idiot not to take the plasma cannon, as its a free small blast template, and you can cause more wounds with a small blast (although this relys on scatter and the unit coherancy of your target)
If He is For me, Who shall stand against me
Voted plasma cannon.
Can take out almost anything from tanks to elite infantry, not to forget that vehicles don't get hot!
Plasma cannon all the way. It gives me the range so that he can constantly be shooting from turn 1, and the high BS keeps that scatter down. Plus, I love me some plasma, so there is that bias.
had to go plasma, after reading battle for the fang nothing else seems to be right for him
The mighty Bjorn should not use anything less than a Plasma Cannon, other weapons are for whelps that just got their Dreadnought armor.
"For Russ and The Allfather"
Plasma Canon it is haha.
As a new collector of Space Wolves can I ask people who have played with Bjorn if he is worth the points?
Current Army (1st)- Space Wolves 1,500 points
