Just take your total army points and divide by the number of models in it. The answer isn't anyting more than an interesting note, but I'm curious what are the averages on this board.
For example I used to play with an average of 32pts to 36pts per model, now I cranked up the anti-armour stuff and I sit at 40pts per model and even higher.
Just thought it would be interesting
Well, I use a lot of inducted guardsmen....
2000 pts / 83 models = about 24 points per model. Not bad for daemonhunters.

My usuall army list (2000 pts) has 53 models. That's 37.7pts/model.
It consists of:
GM with retinue
Shooty Inq Lord with retinue
Stoormptroopers in chimera
Grey knights in Land Raider
2x Fast Attack Grey Knights
I think it's a well rounded army, four units (terminators, callidus, 2xGK's) teleporting, and both a Land Raider and Dread for anti-tank. The Inquisitor works good against heavy infantry with plasmacannon, psycannon and 2x heavy bolters.
Since it's a DH list with alot GK's it's impossible to get under 25pts/modell, and near impossible to get under 30. It also includes terminators and a Land Raider, so you're pretty much doomed when it comes to high unit count.
Still, this isn't by far the smallest army, considering deathwing goes at 40+ pts a piece, plus the cost of heavy weapons and HQ costs.
The thing is, you don't really need all those numbers. Most armies loose alot against shooting as they march across the table, even with transports, while DH teleports a big fraction of their army, and when you land close to the enemy, with all-out assaultweapons and high strength weapons, you tear through most armies quick anyway.
The problem I always face is the two first rounds, when I have very little on the table, and before my portaled units are able to charge. Therefore, I usually sit in hiding with my Land Raider, Chimera, Dreadnaught and the Inq squad, and at turn two (if any unit arrive, though preferable multiple ones) I rush forward everything to give the opponent as many targets as possible.
GK's may die as easily as regular marines, but they kill things twice as fast.
1850 / 112 = ~16.5
it's those darn expensive guns ;( ... and tanks...
