Agreed. City fight or any battlefield with a lot of terrain to help limit the enemy's longer range fire.
I have also done very well with Sisters in Night Fight scenarios.
Retrograde actions are also a good use for Sisters. Dropping back ( if you can) and holding the range ideally at 8 to 10 inches, outside charge range but inside short weapons range, and blasting away with Divine Guidance (Take those Simulacrums!!!.

I tell you with the change in rules for the bolter (no fire and assault same turn) and WS 3 with ok intiative (I forget the number) means gun the other guy down with bolter fire. Cityfight is great though because of access to template weapons.
