Now that's just a huge shame. The models are one of the few IG ranges that, imho, didn't look unfluffy and a good way to represent chem-inhaler armies... well, guess we'll be stuck with good ol' normative cadian army style in the future then. :/

Won't it be possible to order them from the Classics Section on the GW Onlie Store? I also play Death Korps so it'd be rather nice to know...

Ironically today I opened a my box of steel legion guys after having them sitting around for about 4 months.

Shame, as I just now realize how cool they really are. I was planning on using them as my armored fist squads.

It would be nice if they were pulling them because they were planning on replacing them with a "long-coat" sprue. More IG pipe dreams.

PS: The Steel Legion missile launcher guy is the coolest!

Where have you heard that anyway?
98% of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot.
The other 2% are smart enough to question the 'science' behind that number...
    And it's spelled EMPEROR!

yeah i heard about that as well. the sprue was supposed to include both vallhallan and steel legion sprues, it was just a rumour, but even the staff are talking about it. But the vallhallen jackets are longer arent they?

Yeah, Valhallan coats go to the ankles, Steel Legion coats only extend to the knees.

Why are they going to pull the legion line? If they do that, they're basically limiting IG players to choosing between Catachans and Cadians.

If GW is going to pull the steel legion line, they really need to produce some plastics. I've been waiting for someone to say steel legion will be getting plastics for a long time. After buying seven troop boxes for my mechanized company at $30 for 10 men ($210 for 70 men, you can get 60 cadians for only $60!!!&#33, I think I deserve a break. And I really don't want to have to either convert (or just call) a cadian plastic to be an addition to my army.

But knowing GW, they'll probably re-do a another SM vehicle before my wish is granted.
