I have just received my new SM codex, and I love all the new HQ decisions. There are now 2 Commanders, 2 Librarians, and 2 Chaplains. What do you guys think about them?
'It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees'-Pancho Villa
'You're not to be so blind with patriotism that you can't face reality. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or says it'-Malcolm X
what are they like?
well for the commander options i wouldent take a master because it isant all that usefull if your playing against a shooty army...but aginst nids i would mostlikly take him.
i love the other options like the librarium options and chaplain options...it really helps you put fluff to the game.
so you could have a campaing with some real fluff to it because of the units you use...i mean you could have always done that but now it seems more real.
P.S. Blood angels rule, the anger lets us ignore wounds ...hehehe
would anyone believe me if i said there once were 4 levels for most characters?
Anyway, I'm glad they have multiple levels but i wish they either let you play with more HQ and made HQ less intense, or gave ou more auxilaries. I'd really like to have more then 2 apothecaries in an army...
Yeah but the other 2 levels aren't nearly high enough in rank to lead a chapter. And I'm not gonna get excited about the chaplain untill the BA codex comes out.The have to do something nifty with BA chaplains..i mean seriously the chaplain is probably one of the most important guys in a BA army.
What do you mean something nifty heh.. 3 wound chaplain leading the death company is pretty *nifty* considering the entire death company rerolls misses on a charge
