Well this is for people who either play 13th co or have played against them. In some games Longs Fangs do excellent but overall they never make up their points cost. Which is better, Longs Fangs with 3 missile launchers or 3 bikes kitted with 2 melta guns turbo-charging first turn then coming around the rear of tanks 2nd turn.

Ive played against them so many times and i would say that long fangs work best exspecialy you have two squads. My friend never used bikes he would always used the gateway to pop around the battle feild and it was realy efective if the guy who could do it was with a long fany squad after he got his other squads in combat also i would sujest using a long fang squad to get to the rear of the tanks with the gateway

i played against 13 company and i have to say the first thing i target in a marine army are bikes because they do damage something shocking. and so i recommend not getting bikes because they are targeted and exspensive so get the fangs because they do some really bad things to ur enemy and by the time they have done damage the enemy dont realise. unlike bikes where they do some damage and then they are gone by the 3rd turn but long fangs are there till the end and with the long fang ability you can do some real damage
P.S. Blood angels rule, the anger lets us ignore wounds ...hehehe
I would have to say Long Fangs. Storm Claw bikes are just too expensive, and besides, there main role is smashing into combat with a Wulfen Lord.
I always bring 2 Long Fangs with Lascannons and 2 with Missile Launchers. Stick them in a nice covered spot, and rain death down on your enemies tanks. At best, they will take out the HS that could threaten your Grey Slayers. At worst, they will be a distraction, allowing your Grey Slayers time to get into range.
I use 2 meltaguns and 2 plasma guns to warp around the battlefield. does great vs tanks and will do as good vs termies or worst.
Bikes are vuiable in my army, since i have 3 squads of wulfen slogging really fast at you and people are absorbed by their speed and shoot at them.
Then the bikes move in for the kill or i use them as screeners and they take all the shots before the wulfen get to CC.
I'd say bikes since you need to set long fangs up and hope that the tank either doesn't fire at them or you get first turn. Whereas bikes can zip behind terrain and pop out and shoot on their turn, not allowing retaliation. Also since Long Rangs are usually small squads they could be sent running with little fire power (thus ending your anti-tank chances). If he wants to chase your bikes all over the map, let him... then own him with stormclaw packs with 3 powerfists.

Well I think that the Missiles Launcher will be much better, but then again if your any thing like me your Missiles never hit the target, but then again nor do my Meltaguns :hmm:.
I use regular Space Wolves
So I don't know if the 13th Company Long Fangs are any different from the regular ones.
But I really think you should go for the Long Fangs if it's about tank-busting.
True, they don't always make up their points cost, but the fact that they can shoot at different squads in one shooting phase (and the fact that they are Space Marines so hit on a 3+) really makes them useful enough, or at least in battles of 1000+ points.
When I pay attention to the order I let them fire in, most of the time I'm able to take out at least one important enemy unit, and have firepower left to get less important, but possibly very annoying buggers (like shooting at ratling snipers with a plasma cannon )
Use them wisely, and you'll be able to give the rest of your army a lot more freedom in the battle, wich imo always makes up their points cost.
Hope this advice is useful for 13th company players as well...
