Im just starting a 1500 pts. Daemonhunters army, and i want some opinions of this HQ, Good/Bad.
Psycannon, close combat weapon
2 Sages, 1 Mystic, 3 Warriors: 1 Gun-Servitor with Plasma Cannon, 2 Imperial Guard Veterans with plasma guns
The army will be based on close combat, so the HQ is to provide some covering fire.

Thats called a firestorm inquisitor, its listed on the GW website.
This is the link to the list of inquisitors
One small thing to note, the listed inquisitor is an Elite choice. For that to be your HQ you'll need to take an Inquisitor Lord, with a higher base points value.
That aside, read up on mega's pinned DH tactica to decide on an HQ choice. I personally feel that unless you are going Radical, Inquisitors are better utilized as elite choices and you should pick up a GK Hero to allow use of the GK Dreadnaughts.
I would personally take 2 heavy bolter servitors rather than the 2 plasma guns, this gives you the full 36" range on all the big guns and you need not worry about getting more than 1 over heating plasma weapon for the sages reroll to fix ^_^
If you really want to have the extra plasma guns stick the unit in a rhino to get into a decent firing position and close up the range.
Please remove the points values there, it breaks copyright and could get LO in trouble.
As for the unit, it's a standard Inquisitor build. The CCW on the Inq is useless, and he'd be better suited to having an Auspex instead. Maus154 is right, by the way. This can't be an HQ unit unless you buy a Lord. This would be an Elite choice.
