Wow, not a single period in that entire post! ^_^ Anyways, there's been plenty of debate on the matter before:
PAGK Weapon Upgrades
Which Are Better: Psycannon or Incinerator?
It really depends on what your SoB are already covering. Most SoB armies are chock full of melta and flamer type weapons, so I'd take the psycannons or no special weapons at all. If you're Deepstriking these GK, I'd suggest not taking upgrades - when you upgrade a GK with either a psycannon or incinerator, you lose the stormbolter, the +2S bonus, and true grit, making them very ineffective killers. And the psycannon is so very expensive (same cost as another whole GK!.
Yeah, Stealths, I hate to point out badly written posts, as it would seem like I was being eliteist, but yours are getting worse (less understandable) instead of better.
mEGALOMANIAC has posted a sensible and informative reply with some useful links, so go follow them.
And next time, two things: Search for useful threads before posting a question, and USE PROPER SENTENCES. Or I'll just start deleteing any nonsense you post.
Ryan Dancey, Vice President of Wizards of the Coast, believed that TSR failed because of "...a near total inability to listen to its customers, hear what they were saying, and make changes to make those customers happy." Are you listening, Games Workshop ?
