Hello yall i am interested in starting a white scars army :lol: but i dont know were the rules are :hmm: could some body please tell me?
They don't really have any rules any more. On page 45 of the codex they show the traits GW gave them, but those suck. They make you take transports as fast attack choices. I'd just play a regular army but paint 'em red and white and call 'em white scars.
EDIT: The Scars are still the best chapter. Don't give up on 'em.

Indeed, basically White Scars are now a codex chapter with a particular trait to allow them to take a lot of bikes, all their previous rules/incarnations can be disregarded.
The traits in the back can be used to give the feel of the White Scars, and you can use skills like furious charge to create quite the interesting hard hitting list. As for now though, the White scars list are gone, i'm sure GW will make a few amendments or something in future white dwarves or chapter approved.
