I was looking forwards to my next army(only 400-600 more points till my Tau are done.) and I was looking a WH Army. I want to do something different than a shooty army but not something too different, Where? should I start, Other than the WH Codex.
Ahhh. There is nothing more pleasing to this Inquisitors ears that to hear a heretic see the light.
So what you need hey? Well...
Buy the WH codex (Duh)
Buy two sqauds of battle sisters
Buy a Cannoness
Buy an Inquistor (not lord, only single inqusitor)
By an Offico Assinorium operative of some type (My favourite is the Vindicare.)
This will give you a nice 500 point army (depending on how you uprgrade your squads and leaders). Remeber this all IMHO so don't take my adivce too seriously. Hopefully some other people will give you some advice. Alternatlvley you could rpelace the inquis and assassin with an Exorcist. Anything else you need to know?
Are you collecting WH or just SoB, or even just inquisition?
Not too sure what kind of army i'm collecting, i'll need to look at the codex. But for now think very generally.
I already have some SoBs and a Sis Sup hiding somewhere.....now I just gotta find'em.....
Also any way you can give me more details of an exorcist without breaking board rules??? I have never been able to figure them out.......
Thx a bunch!

Every man I meet is in some way my superior; and in that I can learn from him.

Hi terms! *rains death*..
Yeah, basically they are quite the asskickers.
Sobs get faithpoints, which even them out vs marines and in some situations push them over the top.
Alot of firebased things...Thematic really....Inquisitor is pretty standard, I like callidus assassins for their ability to pop up, down a squad and survive some return fire.
Imo there are 4 great things about WH.
4) Seraphim ^^.
I love the good ole exorcist, how ever I still seem to prefer a Whirlwind
I found my old models, 4 Bolter Sisters, 1 Flamer sister, 1 Multi-Melta Sister and 1 Sister Superior. I might be able to buy the codex this thursday, and once I memorize it I'll give you a better idea of what kind of army I'll be doing so you gave give better sujestions!
Like music to my ears when heard, and like a good Robert Frost poem when read.Originally posted by MiketehFox@Mar 8 2005, 198

I am the same way. Currently I have Necrons, IG, SM (new one), Tau, Nids, and the Armageddon codex. It helps that my little bro play (the reason we have so many) we also have both 3rd and 4th edition rules. It is really nice to know all about your enemies. My next codex. . . . . yep you guess it, WitchHunters!!!Originally posted by MiketehFox@Mar 11 2005, 11:35
I like reading any codex I can, right now i own 4, Tau, SM (old one), Eldar (my firneds but he hasn't paid me yet ) and Which hunters, I've also red the DE codex a coupla times. I also have 3rd and 4th edition rule books!!!
The best kind of opponent to face is one who thinks you know know nothing about his amry, then at a climatic moment in the batter you quote him one of his abilities, then when he looks at you funny, you smile and say "Hee hee!", It works wonders on his confidence in his battle plan!
