how you have painted your grey knights?? please insert some pictures of them so we all can see how YOU have painted yours...
i'll put pictures of mine when i have painted them :hmm:
here is mine i have no photos at the minute.
black spray undercoat
bolt gun metal with chainmail and mithril silver highlights armour
scab red with red gore highlight
bleach bone purity seals
enchanted blue with ice blue highlight
chaos black bolters and sloes bolters with a gray highlight but i forget what i used
boltgun metal with chainmail highlight for the stormbolter ammo thead
snot green base (i haven't finish basing them i cant decide what to use)
Yes people i know that my spelling and punctuation is awful but I am product of British teaching pollicies so what can I do about it?
im at work so i cant put pics up yet, but i painted mine,
boltgun metal base coat,
mithril silver heavy over brush
heavily watered down blue ink wash.
brazen brass on any runes and nscriptions
chestnut ink into the brass
highlight with shinging gold.
Red gore on book bindings,
snakebite leather, then bleached bone on book pages and purity seals,
snakebite leather, bleached bone then skull white on any robes.
brown ink in page creases for shading,
blue ink eyes.
black bolters and halberd shafts.
highlight black on bolter and paint muzzle boltgun.
shining gold on the halberd shafts (where teh blade meets the handle)
boltgun metal on the flat part of teh blade, mithril silver on the sharp edge..
I think thats it, it was fourteen steps to paint up i think thats how i did it but its been a good year and half since i touched grey knights lol, needless to say my gk look good and are easily the best painted models in my collection

regal blue base coat

blue ink wash on armour and metal areas
