What are some good strategies against a Khornate army?

Shooting them always seems to work pretty well, especially with AP3 or better weapons. Set up 'speed bump' units that are designed to lose close combat on the turn they're assaulted (giving you basically a free turn to shoot at the berzerkers, or to countercharge, depending on your army).
You'll have to give us more information about what army you intend to play if you want any help beyond vague generalities, I'm afraid.
I play the Black Templars, and have a relatively assault/anti-tank army.
Id say find a way to deal with the berserkers and if they have a daemon, id use either sniper rifles or lazcannons
