Hello. I am playing Imperial Guard and want to know just about everything. Tell me the Querks, disadvvantages, advanteges, when to use sertain units, if sertain doctrines are worth it. I Want to know everything there is to know.
First of, this should be in the imperial guard, 40k section. Secondly, you should first purchase a codex, read it, then submit a post asking more specific questions, but before submitting a new topic, first use the search function to find any pre-existing topics that might answer your question. I'm sure a Mod will either close this topic, or move it.
I have bought the codex, have read the rules. know what a platoon is. know that heavy weapons can not move and shoot. and that the Leman Russ is the coolest tank ever to exist despite the fact that is belongs in WW1. Sory if i didnt put this post in the right section. However i think that EVERYTHING is pretty GENERAL and theirfor justifies the fack that it is in the GENERAL section. What is want to know is things that people have tested. Thing like using sertain doctrines or stuff like that.Originally Posted by taint_of_the_dark_ones
Go to the bar at the top of the page, and put in a search for those specific things. You're guaranteed to come up with the answers that you require. I also know of an article that goes through all of the doctrines, explains there strengths and weaknesses, then gives you a guide on whether they are worth there points. I didn't want to sound rude or argumentative, so I apologise. I'm just suggesting you search for previous information first, then submit a question as to whether sharp shooters for example, is worth taking for the type of army you have. Catch you later,
Thanks. Sorry to be so defencive.Originally Posted by taint_of_the_dark_ones
No prob's. Good luck with your search, and once you've had a look, post some questions and i'm sure people will be happy to answer them. Untill then,
