I'm going to have a go at converting a model to look like him.
I'll use the Storm Bolter from the Veterans Sergent blister, the Thunder Hammer from the Terminator blister, and the main body from the 'build a chracter' box set...
It should work... Has anyone else tried to build that chracter?
I'd think the hammer from Inquisitor Coteaz found here, instead it looks better as a Daemonhammer.
The commander doesn't have a stormbolter in DOW, he has a Bolt Pistol upgradable to a Plasma Pistol, which you put on is up to.
I think the Daemonhammer bit ordered together with the SM commander box would be all you need, paint him up in the Blood Raven style, add the Blood Raven decals, and voila.
Ahh yes that guy. You'll need a non helmeted guy for him. I suggest the bog standard vet head from the tactical box. Add a few long service studs (2 ) and its a dead ringer.
Daemonhammer definately preferable. The one they use is modeled on a Inquisitors Daemonhammer.
Good luck with him. Make him a centre piece more than an active figure. That setup aint too great IMO.

When I say jump you don't ask me 'How high?' maggot! You jump!
Well, in skirmish games the FC uses the colour scheme of the respective army. A nice alternative for you is to order the Thunder Hammer from the Iron Hands squad.
Warhammer Fantasy: Warriors of Chaos, High Elves
Warhammer 40k: Eldar, Space Marines, Orks
i made a ForceCommander w/ Thunderhammer (partially inspired by the DoW FC).
used the Commander Box and the bitz Corteaz hammer (looks very nice).
but they actually have a picture of the converted FC from DoW on page 80 (last page) of the SM codex (Blood Raven Capt)
theres a picture of the force comm from DOW model in the showcase in the back of the Sm codex, thats where i think they got the idea from
edit: darn somewone beat me to it

The conversion in the US white dwarf a few issues ago looked awesome, they had used a Cadian veteran sergeant's head (the one with the com set) only he'd taken off some of his hair to make him look bald.
Karnov let all of us fulfil our repressed dreams of being a fat Russian man running around in the great outdoors and getting shot at by weird stone heads and crap. You didn't have a repressed fantasy about doing such marvelous things? Well, I don't believe you . . . [djpretzel]
*shrug* Since the Blood Ravens are kind of a dumb chapter I can't say that I have.
Tact is for people who give a damn. I'm not one of those people.
