Inducting SM into sisters, or vise versa

I've basically come round to the idea of allying SM's with Sisters Of Battle. I've
posted two similiar questions in Witch Hunters and Space Marines cause I know
questions can get different results in the forums.

I'm wondering what would be the better way to induct an army. I would
like to use all the witch hunters choices, so that leaves me a bit confused.
If I ally Witch hunters to marines, I can only get a limited selection.

But If I ally Marines to Witch Hunters the entire adeptus sororitas units
become closed. Leaving only inquisitorial storm troopers and the like.

I'm quite perplexed in my situation. If you can help please feel free to
    drop in commentary.

    Thanks, DJ Aun Kor.

This one comes up all the time. You cannot ally SM to a WH army within one Force org chart.

You can ally WH to SM's, but as you've noticed you are restricted in what you can.

You can induct marines into a WH army, but you lose all the Sister's units. As these are some of the best units in the game with their faith, this is not a good option.

There's no way of being able to take what you like from each codex, and have it as an army within one Force Org chart.

Dang. That Bites. So In a game, can you take two force organization charts and ally them?

Yeah, I wonder how you would take 2 FOCs in one game. I would love to team up my UMs with any inquisitorial troops i may get in the future. I love the black/darkred color scheme. Plus they're powerful. You can't forget that.

In a friendly game, I wouldn't stop you, as long as you filled the 2 troop + HQ for each list. But if you play competitive games, it's a big no no.

Bah, you Eldar think Starcannons are the solution to every problem.

I wonder if, when an Eldar player has trouble opening a jar of pickles, his/her first thought is "Starcannon!"?
