ok i just bought the IG codex for my daemonhunter allies, when it say 60 pts for 2-5 infantry squads is that 60 per squad of 10 ? please help
comeon 6 people have viewed this but no comments i really need to know the answer to my question.
It is 60pts per squard
Think of it this way if it were 10 for each squad then it would be 1pt per guardsmen and that would be cheaper than grots

The points for a squad, in this case 60 points is for the entire squad.
And as a normal rule the standard squad is always considered to be 10 man strong.
In addition to the 60 points comes the extra points for other equipment.

I WAS IN THE IMPERIAL (Norwegian) GUARD!
ok cool thanks for the help
A Platoon is 2-5 Squads, 10 men apiece, at 60 pts apiece. It must be lead by a Command Squad, which is 5 men, including a Junior Officer. The Command Squad is 40 points. Hope that helps.
