Hey everyone, been a really really long time since Ive been here but I saw it in my favorites and was like hmm looks good ha SO anyway im back and got a few q's/
My brother is starting a SW army and he wants to go a 13th.
1st: He dosnt like the paint so he wants to know if he can improvise or dose he have to go by the color scheme to actually be counted as a SW army.
2nd: Can he mix 13th with normal space marine army? Like he wants wolfens and normal marines.
Right now thats it, sorry for these questions, I dont know much about Sw I made my own chapter and never really knew much about them, i told him to get the codex but these a re questions he has inbetween paychecks hah
The 13th is a standalone army. You can really paint them however you want and still use their rules. Why you would want to put regular marines in with them is beyond me. The basic 13th Company soldier is the equivelent of a veteran sgt in any other chapter. The Wolfen are only one unit type and make up a small part of the army, the rest of the army look just like basic marines (with a bit of Chaos thrown in for variety).
