Heya guys, I have a quick question(s) to ask you.
I recently got some catachans from a trade and I believe the guy who sent me them assembled them incorrectly.
I have some guardsmen who have lasguns (rifles) and those close-combat swords (looks like a chainsaw)
And then I have some sergeants who have laspistols and those small combat knives.
1. Can guardsmen carry a close combat weapon + lasgun? (I'm assuming no)
2. What do I do if I have to play with them? (Do I tell my opponent?)
The catachan models come with extra sword arms etc. They dont actually do anything in game terms, and as they are sold like that, you wont need to tell your opponent. I guess they are there to represent the extra WS they get if they are Deathworld Veterans.
Don't worry about it at all, having a lasgun and a ccw doesn't do anything in game terms; it just looks cool.I have some guardsmen who have lasguns (rifles) and those close-combat swords (looks like a chainsaw)
