I have a question - I saw lots of ppl giving their chims ACs. But whenlooking the Chimra up I saw it could only have a heavy bolter or a multilase mounted into it. So where's the autocanon part?
Whops! wrong shooty army. Can someone plese put it in the Guard forum?
i don't know where they get the Autocannon thing from because in my IG codex it says they can only have heavy flame, heavy bolt, and multi. on the turret that is

Remember, give people rep if they help you.
Are you sure it was a Chimera? It could have been a scout Salamander. Or it could be VDR'd.
"Through most of the war we fought as nobles might. Never betraying, never decietful. But there came a point where tripping the soldier next to you might mean another day of life..."
If you look on the forgeworld website, im pretty sure they have kits that can do that to a chimeria. So you must be able to(though its not in any of the imperial armour books i have).
By day he fought with sword and shield.....
By night he fought with pen and parchment.....

Do you have uber micro...????
For an extra 5 points, you can legally add an Autocannon to your Chimera instead of a Multilaser. The real good one for anti - Tau is the twin linked S5, AP4 Heavy Bolter!

Moved to IG forum.
As for the Autocannon on your chimeras. Its an upgrade in Imperial Armour Volume 1, and as such required opponants permission to use.
