Hey all, I know this is more of a modelling/painting forum question, but I figure since this forum gets the most witch hunter eyeballs, it would be the best place to post it.
I just got the "new" canoness fig, and I ran into sort of a boondoggle.
(I just previewed, and the images won't show up in the post, don't know why)
Anyway, the arms look way to short for the model... am I just nuts? I feel like the arms are basically just gloves holding stuff, and there's no upper arm on the model. I'm afraid to try to put it together, in case the store won't take it back... but according to the component page of the model everything is included.
Bleh. I feel paralysed!
Now a surgeon cuts off rotten limbs; and mangy sheep are isolated from the healthy; but a prudent Judge will not consider it safe to bind himself down to one invariable rule in his method of dealing with a prisoner who is endowed with a witch's power of taciturnity, and whose silence he is unable to overcome. For if the sons of darkness were to become accustomed to one general rule they would provide means of evading it as a well-known snare set for their destruction. - Malleus Maleficarum , part III.
You're all right. The Cannoness' upper arms are covered by her spaulder thingies, so they aren't really visible. Put it together, and it will look alright.
You weren't there! You can't prove anything! The sheep are lying!
It will look good, the canoness is a very good-looking model!
Like stated above, there probably won't be any problems in how she looks, I thought they where to smal whem I glued mines but when it was dun and painted I loved, but me with my thick head forgat the bloody jump pack, so now I'm trying to create my own bits I can add to the model, but so far I haven't found anything that looks great with her and I don't want to ruin her, so the Saint will have to do for now.
