As someone else mentioned the assault cannon didn't go up in cost but the rules changed to match the space marine ones. So dos that mean the the rules for bionics and the teleport homer changed as well, and if so are they at the price in the DH codex, or the Space marine one?
They definitely use the new rules as per Codex Space Marines. I don't think the points costs are changed though.
Not only those....WE use the rules for the Thunder hammer, storm shield, Land Raider, and Land Raider Crusader. (Lame, cuz' our LRC is 10pts. cheaper )
5th E Sand(Grey) Knights: 11-3 (retired) 5th E Eldar: 37-4 (retired) 5th E Wolves 5-0
Don't get the machine spirit though. That's worth more than 10 pts.
You do get the Machine Spirit. FAQ says to replace the DH codex rules for LRC with SM codex rules.
Yes, yes, of entries with the same title. Such as "assault cannon" being replaced with new "assault cannon" rules, which is why we get that goodness. Or even better yet "Landraider" (of the ST transport vaiety) with new "Landraider" rules. But not "Grey Knights Landraider" with "landraider" rules, you see. Completely different anumal, no relation at all, despite remarkably similar behaviors and morphology.
As soon as there's a new "Grey Knights Lanraider" published in some other codex, we will get those rules. Doesn't seem likely, though, does it?
Same with Dreadnaughts. The GK Dreadnaught gets WS 5, and the other can become venerable, get crazy extra skillz, and pretend it didn't get shot in the face. Eh, at least we get the new assault cannon rules.
