Daemonhunter Q&A:
"Q. Can Allied Space Marines be used with Daemonhosts?
A. Oh yes. That.s where the Relictors come in. "

This doesn't describe the actual question of this thread (it's the vice versa situation, but it seems that there is no problem with normal space marines and daemonhosts in one army:
If there are marines allied with daemonhunters who have daemonhosts, then they are assumed to be one of these "radical" chapters who are not reluctant to use things like daemon weapons/daemonhosts.
If there is a daemonhost detachment in such a space marine army, then the space marine army is considered to be such a radical chapter too. The only argument against this is fluff, but even then you could simply declare that e.g. Blood Angel army not to be real Blood Angels, but a random Blood Angel successor chapter with a piece of Relictors fluff.

Note that you still need an inquisitor in the army in order to use daemonhosts...
