Do chaplains that join a squad of assult marines with furious charge, does the squad lose the ablitility?

Besides Blood Angels is there any other way to give a command squard jump packs (or some other chapture, i like to stay my own little chap i made up which uses the normal dex)

Also in a regular command squard the ablility for furious charge includes the points for the HQ right? for example if i had 1 HQ and 9 CmD squard marines and gave them all furious charge thats totally legal right? and it cost 30 points Not 27 for the 9 rines, then the chap is free?

If i add 3 points to the chaplain and attach him to the assult marines with furious charge does that help? Ok well clarifications would be nice, of if u have any links to updated rules about this topic that would be great to. Ok thx

That is correct.
Also, there is no way to give a command squad jump packs using a non_BA codex (except for giving one to each specialist, which is horribly expensive, and leaves one footslogger to slow the whole unit down).
Chaplains, Librarians, and Commanders on there own are unable to take Furious Charce. But when joined to a Command Squad, they must take it if the squad does (similarly with infiltrate). This is at the same price as other models in the squad.
As for just adding 3 points to the cost of your chaplain, joining him to a FC assault squad and saying that he has furious charge is not a legal setup. Any tourney's you try this at will not allow it. As for friendly games, it would be best to get your regular opponents together and sort out a house rule.
Something like:
"If a trait allows the taking of a skill for a Command Squad, then a Character without a Command Squad may take the skill for the cost listed."
Simple, easy to understand, and it isn't worded such that only you/this case is benefited.
