    Equiping dreadnoughts for their role.

I've been thinking of including a dreadnought and I was wondering what some good dreadnought load-outs might be.

I'm looking mostly for a fire-support/disruption unit with this build:

    fire-support/stompy:
    drop pod
    pinlte storm-bolter
    Assualt cannon
    DCCW w/integral storm-bolter
    extra armour
    smoke launchers
    153 points

    Anyone else have any ideas?

Well you can't put a pintle mounted storm bolter on a dreadnought, otherwise it looks fine to me.

If your amry is a medium/close range amry then go with the one you have, if your a sit back and shoot amry, go with the verable TLLC and misslancers, then give it hankhunters.

I have a few questions... what does verable mean? what is an amry? what is a misslancer? and what are hankhunters?

That would be my fingering being on the wrong start postions on my KB and now feeling like a moron. LoL That would be Venerable which mean you may reroll the dmg rolls from glancing or pentrating hits, bascially keeps the dread alive longer. missle launcher. Tank Hunters. Wow time for me to go to bed. army.
