I was reading about chapter orginisation on some site when I came across something which said that only after a dark angel is promoted to the 1st company (deathwing) is he told about the chapter's true history.
So does that mean that all of the ravenwing actually have no idea about the fallen? including the master of the ravenwing?
"You challenge me knowing that I am Xiahou Dun!?"
Nope, that Ravenwing don't. The Master of the Ravenwing (and any Vet. sarges) know about it, but not anyothers.
Ah i think thats abit unfair. They have a right to know! lol.Poor Ravenwing and other DAs,being left in the Dark.....
They all know about the fallen. They just don't know what EXACTLY happened, and how the fallen came to be. And that is a good thing, for although they are space marines, inquisitors have ways of braking them. And if that happens, the chapter will probably be excommunicated. Or that is what they themselves fear will happen, if they do not hunt down the fallen.
"I have died a thousand deaths, and I will die a million more..."
That's a matter of opinion Rogue Angel, i believe the wording is -
"Only the members of this secretive and select group are fully aware of the true minuitiae of the Dark Angels hidden agenda"
So they could just know something happened that makes them want to hunt Chaos even more, or it could go to the extent that they know of their own heresy, but not the actual events and proceedings.
I watched a snail crawl along the edge of a straight razor. That's my dream. That's my nightmare. Crawling, slithering, along the edge of a straight... razor... and surviving.
