If there is any incredibly important information, it's already explained in the codex. So you should get it anyway.
And over there we have the labyrinth guards.
One always lies, one always tells the truth, and one stabs people who ask tricky questions.
So you wanna start WH, eh? Here's my official IATFP "EZ Guide to the Witch Hunters"
Step 1: Get the codex
Step 2: Make sure you already did step 1
Step 3: Open the codex. It has words and pictures and numbers within. Read, learn, and get to know this stuff.
Step 4: Take a look at each unit, see how one can work with each other. We like to call this "Synergy". This will come in handy and will help you with your "tactics".
Step 5: Decide what type of WH army you want to play, and if using allies tickles your fancy.
Step 6: Buy the minimum force organization chart requirements for your selected type of force, and some superglue to put em together with.
Step 7: (optional, but recommended) Get some primer and some paints for your models.
Step 7.5: Prime, then paint your models.
Step 8: Play a game with your models and get a feel for the army
Step 9: Get whatever additional models you desire to bulk up your force.
Step 10: Use armybuilder or a similiar program to make an army list. Submit it in the "army list" section of the WH forum.
Step 11: Following the advice and experience of the LO members, construct/equip your army accordingly. Or do whatever you want with it.
Step 12: Remember the most important rule, "Have Fun". If you don't enjoy pplaying your army, what's the point of having bought, glued, primed, and painted it?:ninja:
Coming soon! IATFP Presents: "Retributor Squad at the End of the Universe"
5 Tactical Squad Marines
Thread closed before it gets any sillier!
But for the originator, there are 6 main orders and many minor oders of SoB, if you want one of the major orders, the colour schemes are in the codex, so they guys are right, you really do need the codex (it also helps when you want to know what minis to buy)
Everything you have been told is a lie!
