Hey guys I want to know how you deal with those annoying CSM Khorne Armies and their damn Bezerkers... ( I have tried a few ideas (below) but i'm keen to hear more:
1.Devastators with 4 missle launchers, firing krak missle upon krak missle really cuts em up just... not fast enough and those stupid feel no pain saves really get on my nerves
2.Really mega beefed up command squads with Techmarine in servo harness, power fist sarge, chaplain and three plasma guns and Apotecary, the only problem is that even that doesn't seem to work VS. khornate chainaxes, furious charge, feel no pain, apiring champ with axe of khorne, tally of burning blood etc. etc. etc. so lets hear some more ideas from you guys...

I go ALL shooty if I face Khorne, I don't even think about CC (that much )
Librarians with Fury of the Ancients can help tie them down.
Also, the most usefull thing to kill berzerkers are making them roll dices, LOTS of them, 3 squads of devastators of 6 man with 4 heavy bolters and infiltrate (making you adapt to how they deploy and set up when they did) Always shoot at 1 unit at a time against Chaos, else you won't get it done.
This squads cost you 504 points, must be cheaper than all those **** running at you. Pair it off with more shooty squads and Land Speeder Tornado's and you'll be fine.
Do watch out for some infiltrating scary lord thing, so have something chargy at hand.
Shoot them to death. Vindicators can be great fun against khorne.

Against the World Eaters, the last thing you want is to not know their rules properly...:tongue:
First, your Krak missiles wil ignore the Feel No Pain saves of the characters or whatever. Note that the basic Berzerker can NOT take Feel No Pain, only the unit champions. This is a common mistake that a lot of World Eater players make.
Basically, sitting back and shooting at him with Space Marine killing weapons, like Plasma Cannons, Missile Launchers, Plasma Guns, and other AP 3 or 2 weapons will cut down his numbers as he rushes your lines. The standard Bolter line that most Marine players use against Orks works fine, as it does against most close combat armies.:yes:
Land Speeder Tornado's will work wonders, as you can lead units in his army around by the nose, as they will rush the closest enemy model. If you position it right, you can have the Berzerkers running the opposite way of your forces, chasing after a Land Speeder they'll never catch up with. You can be shooting at them the entire time with the heavy bolter and assault cannon, and shoot them in the back with all of the weapons mentioned above. When/if they finally bring down the Speeder, or when/if you get tired of them chasing after it, let them rush at you again, and pepper them with low AP death. That's the easiest way to beat em.
Make sure to have a unit of Assault Marines though, because if something goes horribly wrong and they end up reaching your lines, you'll be needing a unit that can cause a good amount of damage before they carve you up too badly. If multiple units hit your lines at once, you're gonna be in for some pain, as you know, so take every percaution to NOT let this happen!

Against Khorne Vindicators really shine. Especialy against the nasty Daemon Prines with thier 4++ then feel no pain even aginst Lascannons.
My Vindicator with PotMS is 155 points. Ezekiels 4 Krak ML devastators are 200 points. 3 Vindicators would really show him up.
Or a 4 Plasma Cannon Devastator Squad.
Also if you can get the charge on him with Lightning Claw Terminators, either from a LRC which he is unlikely to destroy or sit in cover for first strike. You can do massive casualties.

10/ Assault squad with Furious Charge
this beats pretty much anything in cc on the first charge.
The Chaplain gets to reroll 6 to hit and to wound rolls on the charge with immproved initiative.
THis is my favourite combo for marines.
IMO dreadnaughts are good at tieing up large squads of bezerkers in CC where they have no chance of beating them.
LRC are good as they can kill whole squads a turn and as world eaters often don't have havocs it will almost always win its points back.
Dreadnoughts can work-but beware.
If your opponent is smart he will most likely either go for the Dread with a MC Daemon Prince or Bloodthirster. Or give his aspiring champions powerfists.

i agree with shooting the berserkers down... i think it is either down to forcing the berserkers to take a lot of armour saves, or firing a few shots but no armor saves... u can also assault if u outnumber him greatly... marines with furious charge helps, coz u strike 1st, like what commissar said...
