Alright, little story:
Go out and buy the New Scouts Box, thinking I'd be needing parts to make my Shotgun Wielding Adeptus Arbites. Turns out I can't use them. Not planning to use scouts in any of my armies, so what to do with this models.
I haven't even taken all the bitz of the sprues.
Was thinking I could trade them, but you guys have any other ideas?
assemble them, put them on a shelf, then one day, do a whole scout army?
I would finish building them, then in case you ever were going to have scouts you'd be able to play em.
Or you could try to find some one who wants scouts and sell them to whoever for as much as possible
One Shot, One Kill
Send them to me! I*'ll take them!

Pssst.... give me kudos....
If you don't actually play Marines, then you could use them for conversions. They look relatively human-y. Just keep them on hand unless you're entirely sure you'll never, ever, ever need a squad of plastic scouts.

I'd think Scouts would make great piles of bodies for all kinds of evil armies...IG, Tau, SoB, and so on.
Or you could make them casualty markers, scenery, that sort of thing.

Do you play IG? You could assemble them as shotgun-wielding Adeptus Arbited and use them as hardened veterans with carapace armour.
See the thing is, that was kinda my original plan, but for use with WH. And the problem is that compared to a guardsmen, they are taller and wide, so they don't fit in. And even to that I'm not planning an IG army for a bit. (year or 2)Originally Posted by BobaHat
