With my mechanised army i've found it comes equal to pretty much everyone i've fought but the hardest challenges must be an ulthwe mechanised and a Thousand Sons force (though the exorcist has a little laugh )
Definately Dark Eldar. I don't have to bad a time with them but I know one army I have faced many times that I have never beaten. It's highly mobile and outmanouveres me and out combats me.
In an hour of darkness a blind man is the best guide. In an age of insanity look to the madman to show the way.
Tau.... they wound us on a 2+

I'm not afraid of the 2+ wounding, let's face it with T3 the odds are never good when it comes time to roll for wounds on the Sisters, not even with lasguns. The Tau ability to shoot from long range and manouevre back to keep away from my short range shooting is what kills me. Mech Tau are an absolute pig especially, since we don't get lascannons and the Exo's have to cope with railguns, and you try getting a meltagun close enough.
Well, what armies are easy for the Sisters of Battle then?
-and I would definately say eldar are easier with less sisters of battle and more IG and SM...same goes with Tau
"Kill a thousand men, and they will hate you. Kill a million men, and they will queue to face you. But kill a single man, and they will see monsters and devils in every shadow. Kill a dozen men, and they will scream and wail in the night."
- Zso Sahaal, Talonmaster of the Night Lords
tyranids, probably. Exo's are excellent TMC killers, and flamers kill swarms of gaunts, as well as hvy bolter retributors
