Woudl this work for a blood angels army?
master of sanctity, powerfist, termi armor, melta bombs..., adamant mantle
two squads of 9 terminators, with 3 assault cannons per squad
2 five man scout squads
6 Land speeder tornado's with asscannons
3 baal predators with heavy flamer sponsons.
This come out to exactly 2000 points. I didn't know what to put on the master of santity, so I just gave him crap.
Asscannon shots: 60 shots per turn, 12 are twin linked.
of course, it has a problem with heavy armor... oops, I forgot, I have rending!

Can Blood Angel Termie squads take 3 special weapons? Cause if not your gonna have to drop 1 AC per squad.

Overall, a very radical BA list with TONS of firepower. You'll rip up just about everything you shoot at...
BUT your DC will SUCK. With only 4 squads to draw DC, you'll only get about 7, and with NO POWER WEPS/FISTS. Not good. I recommend dropping some Termies to make them 2x5-menw/2AC, with the pts get more troops, preferably small squads, or get an assault squad.
What weps do your scouts have? Plz tell. I rather prefer 5 man tac squads for my BA, i do them 5-men, 3 bolter, 1 V. Sgtw/bolter and 1 lascan. Very nice AT punch.
BTW HB sponsons are better for Baals. And keep HQ cheap, T. Hons+jp+bp is enough.

I don't think it would work very well actually. Yes, assaultcannons are awsome but they lack a bit in the range department. You really have nothing except the landspeeder heavy bolters in your army that can shoot longer than 24".
As stated above, your DC will not be very fearsome. If you really want a powerfist in your command squad I would recommend to get some veteran sgt. to make it "hidden". To put a powerfist on the chaplain is really just a waste, since you won't be able to use all those nifty I6 charge attacks (or if you use them, why have the powerfist?).
And as is also stated above you cannot have more than two ac per termie squad. Make them 2x5 squads instead.
You need more troops, don't under estimate the standard space marine. You could also use assault squads, atleast one.
I agree with Ratus, I dont think it will cope well, you have very few units and models in 2000 points, whilst those ACs are nasty, they are not nasty enough to take down 2000 points before they get taken out, most armies will deal with this by turn 4

why no heavy bolters on the ball preads? much beta than flamers which are useless excpet hellhounds 24" range flame template did i hear someone say pyromanic? id drop some of the termies and the illegal 3rd assualt cannon to either by somemore numbers and scoring units or make the existing units more versatile because your list is mostly vechiels until you either get in range with the ACS or the termies arive its will be preety fragile under fire but will be able to dish out the pain like nothing else... i feel for any 4+ save army that came up against this list ouchie well i feel sorry for anyone on the reciveing end of that many assualt cannons... they onli thing realli lacking is rangedweapons...

LST's are good but support units. If anything lives to shoot back they will take hits.
The Predators are 3 av13 vehicles. Not too much of a challenge at 2000pts.

On the blood angel army. I believe it would serve you better to drop down to 3 LS and get some more squads. Try 5 man squads with LC and vet serg would do good( help you with monolith). Plus More squads more death company and I am not big fan on LS squads.

Think about it. You lose a 45 point model to the Death Company. That is not fun. Not fun at all. Also, your Chaplain has terminator armour, which means your DC will not have jump packs. And you can't get the free Rhino. So you will foot-slog a small squad of berserkers across the board?
This isn't cheese. This is anti-cheese. This is absolute crap. Any decent Eldar list could tear this one apart. I don't want to think what will happen if you tried to fight IG with it. What are those two Scout squads doing? What can you expect to accomplish with two five-man squads of scouts? Why so many Land Speeders? One turn of rapid-fire from anything S4 or higher and you lose three of those. A turn of shooting from Orks could take those down. Heavy flamer sponsons? Only if you're absolutely sure you can use them.
In short, a very very very very very very very very very bad list. Very bad. Quite bad.
