I think all chapters have their way of filtering out the weak, but if i relly had to say, i guess black templar, cause they throw you staight into combat0 :wacko: :w00t:
Ultramarines cause they have high standards? (nah that the ultra in me talking)
but seriously im still going with the point that every chapter has a equal grueling way to filter the weak

space wolves, they throw you out into the cold wearing next to nothing and you gotta make your way back to that Fang. And Fenris is known for its badass wild creatures! Like the Fenrisian wolf whose bite can make an impression into plasteel and can stand as tall as a armored personal carrier.

They all need living neophytes so I doubt any have significantly more deadly trials than the others. The ones with defective geneseed probably takes the lead though, since that's not a factor controlled by the chapter.
