Hey just wanna hear any ideas you guys have..... maybe i'll write a story for one of them. (Im planning to write a story and need ideas for chars.)
My Imperial guard I made as having broken away from the Imperium as mercenaries. They aren’t chaos but they don’t like the Imperium (like Dark angels ) I used the Cadian models as well as parts of the catchans to make them less uniform. Oh and one other thing, Battle cannons rock
Errrm.. Mr. Ethereal Killer? How many Ethereals have you actually killed?
Well i've killed your Ethreal enough times for you to know. But why do you want to know eh? Will it appease your soul when i send you to hell, with the swift justice of a laser bolt? Enough said.
Lasguns are good for 2 things, warming soup and slightly annoying the Ethereal by shining it in his eyes, So u and your pathetic laser pen wielding humans definitely never killed my Ethereal
40 rapid firing laser pens = 2 very sore eyes.
IG since '95.
The Dark Angels like the Imperium just fine. In fact they are the first amogst the loyalist in their fight against chaos(or so they say). The fallen however are a mix of chaos and rogue marines. Evidently any IG like-group would seriously lack resources outside the imperium, not to mention the complete inability to service high-tech products and armoured vehicles. In addition, how do they: navigate the warp, resist the infectious influence of chaos and obtain replacements?(just some fun elements to add to any story)
*Fart* "Keep talking sir, we'll find you!"
Ethereal Killer, might I suggest that before attempting any story length (and lets be honest, your starter for ten in the IG section was bloody awful) that you look and learn here:
"It fits like clothes made out of wasps!"
IG mercenaries Lets see I have seen that Somewhere of YEs LOST AND THE DAMNED!!!
Tau = COMMUNIST
Etherals Die easier than the Average gaurdsmen I love killign them and there weak cowardice Tau
Here's my special character I made up:
Lewis "Old Man" Geller
WARNING: This is bloody long...
Calderan Combined Arms Army Supreme Commander:
High Commander Lewis ‘Old Man’ Geller
If the deeds performed by "Old Man" Geller were ever brought to light, they would create a story that would rival the prowess of more prominent imperial idols such as the likes of Commissar Yarrick, Ibram Guant, and Lord Castellan Usarkar E. Creed. Instead, because of Caldera’s recent re-discovery little of this mans past is known outside his own system. Despite this fact, it has done nothing to stop him, and the Calderan Combined Arms Army (CCAA) gaining prowess as the new kid on the block.
Lewis Geller was born on the planet Promos II. Promos II is what the Imperial doctrine classes as a ‘civilized world’. Its people are some of the best commerce dealers in the surrounding galaxy. As such, Promos is often a target for criminals and underworld gangs. Geller joined the Calderan Combined Arms Army after he watched his parents get killed during a hostage situation in the ‘week of terror’, the time when the underworld leader Claw McGarson tried to overrun Promos’ capital of Haizou. The CCAA was called in, and it was watching the CCAA’s expert stormtroopers that Lewis found his way to return the suffering to the criminals.
Within a few years he had reached the rank of Senior Sergeant, and had been allocated to working with Storm Troop Company Alpha Nine. His reckless nature stopped him from moving up the ranks for a long time, for despite his outstanding ability to handle situations, he was seen as a ‘loose cannon’ by the elderly ruling military forces. It was only when Alpha nine, led by Geller, saved these same people form the clutches of a surprise Ork assault that Geller was seen for his true worth.
Given a small military force, he was told to hunt down the forces. He did so within three days. The Orks, believing they had the advantage in the swampy groves, began to build defenses and ambush sites. Using his grenadiers, Geller himself led the attack, and was horrendously wounded in doing so. His arm was totally destroyed when he tangled with the Ork leader and his mega-armoured entourage. He managed to fell two of the bodyguard with his power fist, and proceeded to blow away the enemy warboss with his bolter. In the process losing his arm and receiving a slugga shot that punctured his lung, he was in recuperation for many days afterwards. However, he thanks that day, as it made him who he is now.
In recognition of his successful saving of the military hierarchy, the stunning application of military force and his subsequent injury in action, the ruling military directorate awarded Geller with the Macharian Cross and the Medallion Crimson. He also received a powerful bionic arm, gifted to him by the Forge Masters Space Marines in recognition of his bravado.
In the time since that fateful campaign, Geller has rose to become the High Commander of the Calderan Combined Arms Army, his phenomenal deployment skills being the bane of many an enemy tactician. Some say that not even the great changer, Tzeentch himself, could predict his plans. His bravado inspires awe and power in all that meet him, and whenever his roaring voice and bionic warfare arm are seen and heard, everyone feels as though there is a new power to continue on.

Master of the masses:
Geller has an awe-inspiring presence, even the faintest knowledge that the fabled leader may be watching them in action will drive officers and soldiers alike to show the best of their tactical abilities, and their nerve under fire. All allied command squads (e.g: Imperial Command Platoons etc) within 8” add +2 to their Leadership to a maximum of 10, and +1 to Initiative characteristics. Such is the power of the powerful.
Geller has a formidable and booming voice that can be heard above almost any din in combat. As such, Geller counts as though he is also carrying a Regimental Standard, this ability does not count as the only regimental standard allowed, as it is effectively leadership, and not a material object.
“Stand and deliver men!”
High Commander Geller is well known for his own outstanding accuracy in the heat of battle. As such, when charging into close combat, Geller and any squad he has joined may opt to fire their weapons into the enemy at point blank range. In the firing phase, tell your counterpart you are doing this, and then set up Geller closest to the target. Half the figures in the force (rounding down) may fire their weapons at +1 strength. However, this is a double-edge sword, and in the ensuring combat, the enemy will automatically hit Geller and the men that fired as they try to sling their weapons and draw their close combat weapons.
Having faced off against an entire mega-armoured bodyguard and an Ork warboss by himself, it can be safely said that Geller is very much as fearless as they come. Geller and any squad he joins count as being ‘fearless’ for leadership tests, and are assumed to automatically pass any morale or pinning tests.
High Commander Geller is an independent character and follows all independent character rules as described in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook.
So, there you have it, along with copious amounts of background babble...
Have fun now...
