I thinking about this for a while, I think I could make Rough Riders out of the Wood Elves Glade Guard. Has anyone done this before? If not, do you think it could work or offer any suggestions to make them look good?
I was thinking I could use Cadian heads and torsos, and do some chopping to ge the arms and lances to work.

You must mean the glade riders. And yes, I suppose it would work, except that if you're going to be using the elf legs that means your guardsmen are going to be wearing elf-skirts... with their knees bare...Originally Posted by FireDeth
But, with a nice paint job it could work. Unless you already have the glade riders lying around and you just want to cut them up, maybe you should look at the other cavalry available to you from WHFB. I made my rough riders in a similar way, except I stole the legs, lances and horses from the Grail Knights, I believe. Or, some out of print Grail Knights my friend was throwing out. The legs and lance arm (and the horse as well) are more armored than the Glade Riders and may provide a more IG feel than the elves.
