Hi all i read about the Asartes custodes earlier(the emperors guard)and i was wondering what daemon hunters units would be fluffy for a force themed around the Asartes custodes.
Thanks in advance.
Are you thinking of the Adeptus Custodes? I've never heard of the astartes custodes, so I can't really help you there. However, I think the GW site shows what units and bits they used for different units.

Et imperator Invocato Diabolus Daemonica Exorcist!
I meant Adaptus custodes but ive seen some pictures of them and they look like grey knights and on the internet on the games workshop websight someone did it useing a space marine force with daemon hunter allies and I think most of the adaptus custodes do crry nemisis force wepons.
EDIT:The adaptus custodes is a space marine chapter made for protecting the emperor during the horus heresy and they still do protect the golden throne.
Grey knights would definately be the best fit..
Basic grey knight infantry would be fine for basic custodes infantry.
Terminators have never been pictured, but it's likely they exist.
Personally, I'd make it a pure GK army. I don't think the Custodes, if they fight at all, do so with allies around. They're literally the most deadly warriors in the Imperium, they don't need guardsmen or stormtroopers to trip over in battle.. Inquisitors can't command them either, because they theoretically speak with the authority of the Emperor during his period of braindeath.
It's going to be a hell of a modelling challenge if you want to do a custodes army (at least, if you want to do it right.) But if you've got some ideas, then go ahead. I'd recommend looking through the high elf range, they have some very nice helmets which would be great.
Also remember that Custodes' storm bolters are attached to their halberds, not onto the other arm like those of grey knights.
Edit.. someone actually did model some. Here are some pics.
I love the storm bolters on those terminators. May have to copy the style.. They actually look like a human being could physically fire them without breaking limbs.

Although they looked great, and it would definetly freak someone out to put them on the table, Its hard to not see the price. about 90 dollars for a small squad of 5 is insane. You could just stick with regular marines, but change over to the storm-halbard. It would still look pretty impressive, and you should save a bunch of $
But I like the main idea for the GK based Custodes. Just keep the main point cost, and theyre just regular Knights in power armour with a beautiful paint job. And keep all of those stupid stormies out, It'll kill the setting. take an inquistor, and call him something like "Arch Custodial-Priest John Smith", and then there are no ploblems.
Remember though: If you loose, the Emperor looses. Any 40k worshippers hear of this, you might end up... just play smart
Im probaly gonna use a 1500pt force and i dont think im gonna use an inquisitor(can't think of any good combinations)so i was thinking maybey a grand master, thats the site were i got the idea from lol.
You could shave the price a lot and still get the custodes look by using grey knight (or even marine) bodies, replace the heads with high elf sword master heads and add bolters to the halberds. Just painting grey knights gold would be a wasted opportunity, in my opinion. Make even the smallest effort, and they'll look considerably more awesome.

I was going to mention that you can by GK's nemesis force weapon arms as bits and put them on plastic marine bodies and save a good dose of money. You can use the bolters that come with the plastic marines to kitbash some stormbolters to add to the end of their weapons.
If price is less of a concern, I think that Dark Angel or new Black Templar bodies would be amazing for this - the ones with robes especially. The Emperor's Champion, for example, or Dark Angel vet sergeants would make great bases.
I would seriously suggest looking at the models on the link given by The_Giant_Mantis. It has some really useful pictures on there. Even if you only included some aspects of those designs, it would add that little something to set your army apart.
I do apologise. My previous signature was positively turd. Let's hope this'll be better.
Aw, crap. I failed.
