Is there a way to bypass doctrines and legally take more then 3 squads of storm troopers cause I really love em and 30 doesnt quite satisfy my needs?I mean isnt there a force that allows them as troops, yes I know about the drop troop and grenadier doctrine but I mean full force of only storm troops
Also, how much in points are chem inhalers cause I cant find em?
Take inducted Inquistorial Storm troopers.
That will get you 2 more and in the troop slots, so you could take 3 ST squads in Elites and the IST in troops.
Not sure if they would count towards your two troop choice minimum though.
Chem inhalers are on page 57 of the IG codex.

New 40K missions here.
yeah, look into inquisition... you can play all storm troopers for your troops choices then.

"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their women"
"JESUS SAVES! the rest of your models each take a wound."
Does that stil count as Imperial guard or inquisitioners?
They will count as allied units so wont count to your 2 troop choices minimum. However if you take the grenadiers doctrine, that will give you 3 squads of stormtroopers that WILL count as your troops choices. Add in your normal elite stormies and the 2 squads of inquisitorial stormtroopers... thats an army of 80 stormies right there. Pretty hardcore for a guard army if you ask me. Additionally the inquisitorial stormies can take rhinos as transports, making them a unit with great mobility, firepower and all at a low points cost too.
What Guardsmen dont want to hear...
"Ok boys, time to fix bayonets!"
storm troopers rock! i have 2 grenadier squads of them, 2 inq squads of them and 3 squads of hardened veterans with carapace armour which basically makes them stormtroopers stat wise except with more flexibilty. you should look at useing hardened veterans. you could still use storm trooper models just add an extra special weapon guy or convert someone to have a heavy weapon.
you can take 2 allies because ther is nothing in the rule book saying that you can not so that means that you can have 90 storm troopers not 80
Yes, the best way IMO would be to have three squads of Grenadiers in Chimera's, three squads of deep striking Storm Troopers, and lots of HW squads in your HQ for fire support. Stormies are nice, but make sure you have some big guns in the background backing them up.

leman russ's are pritty good at supporting stormies and it is almost a neccessity to take chimeras. they are very usefull.
Where there's a will there's a weapon
3 grenadiers stormies (troops)
3 normal stormies (elites)
2 allied daemonhunters stormies (troops)
2 allied witchhunters storimes (troops)
oh and you could always wait for Alienhunters to come out. but you haven't got enough troops slots for another 2
